1. Lead and implement lean production initiatives across the organization.

2. Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.

3. Conduct lean training and workshops for employees at all levels.

4. Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement.

5. Work with cross-functional teams to implement lean tools and techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.

6. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of lean initiatives and report progress to senior management.

7. Drive continuous improvement culture within the organization.

8. Manage and optimize production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficient resource utilization.
