This position is responsible for direction and oversight of our enterprise risk management program, related to regulatory compliance and advisory as well as emerging risks. This position supports the global program and individual license requirements related to our compliance enterprise risk assessments. This position acts as a senior liaison between compliance, the business, and risk to assess risks and ensure transparency in risk discussions. The role manages team delivery of risk assessments, leveraging data elements, tools, and robust analysis of risks to support licensed entity requirements and business decisions.  The role provides direction for risk modeling related to our enterprise risk management program.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead team in creation of risk assessments for compliance program and other key regulatory compliance related requirements (e.g. Climate, Geopolitical Assessments).
  • Support & manage development of risk models for informing business and assisting in risk decisions.
  • Present risk assessment data, findings, outputs to regulators, business partners, and key stakeholders in the spirit of transparency and informing on the risk analysis done and the overall AML compliance program.
  • Assist senior management in maintaining a holistic view on all risks embedded in TWUC business models by performing risk assessments, supporting collection of risks (e.g. Global Risk Register), and championing risk ownership in analysis of risks.
  • Conduct regular oversight and reporting of emerging risks across organization, and produce ad hoc enterprise and regulatory risk reports or risk assessments, where necessary
  • Lead and guide the development of meaningful enterprise risk analysis and reporting to the Executive Risk Committee and other senior stakeholders (e.g. risk assessments, risk registers, enterprise risk reporting, KRIs reporting, etc.)
  • Manage TWUC KRI’s development, evolution, management, and reporting to the respective Boards and senior management- Supervise the maintenance of TWUC KRIs registers, analysis of KRI information and production of KRIs dashboards to proactively identify occurring KRIs deviations and risks trends that require Executive Management’s and Risk senior management’s attention
  • Support development and maintenance of risk management framework and risk strategy documentation for the Company in manner that ensures alignment with business strategy and objectives
  • Support development, implementation and maintenance of risk and control policies and protocols to identify, control, manage and mitigate risks in the business processes (e.g. Enterprise Risk Management Policy, Enterprise Risk Management Framework, Enterprise Risk and Controls Self-Assessment Procedure, etc.)
  • Support adoption and application of risk policies and procedures throughout the organization in a manner that practically supports each relevant function.
  • People Management: Provide a common vision and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture, managing, motivating, and guiding employees in the Risk Team to attract and retain capable staff

Role Requirements

  • 7+ years of risk management experience
  • Experience in a large company with multi state requirements across multiple and varied regulated industries
  • Proven management skills and team leadership
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Executive presentation skills
  • Project management experience
  • Must be able to travel to industry related seminars and appropriate licenses entities 
  • Analytical and detail oriented

Salary
The annual base salary range is $151,745 – $252,908 per year. This role is also eligible to receive short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
