Department: Brand Marketing - Global Brand Management

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Senior Specialist, Global Brand Programs at Arc’teryx, you will turn brand strategy into scalable, repeatable programs that deepen brand love across global markets, channels and communities. You will operationalize the brand calendar, build toolkits and briefs that empower regional teams and ensure our storytelling is impactful, on brand and measurable.
You will be a key partner across the Global Brand Management team, owning the planning and execution of global brand programs – supporting brand playbooks, annual brand campaigns and storytelling frameworks, and evergreen initiatives. You apply your in-depth knowledge of our key activities and the outdoor industry to communicate brand initiatives that will enable regional teams, retail and digital channels to show up as one global brand.
You will partner closely with Brand Strategy, Creative, Community, Retail, Sports Marketing and Digital to deliver programs and storytelling that creates an emotional connection to our brand, people and products.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

The Brand Marketing Team is the direct connection between the guest and the Arc’teryx brand through content and experience. We work in lockstep with our Regional Brand Marketing, Creative, Communications, Sports Marketing, Community, and Operational Teams, as well as our Partners and Agencies to create experiences and tell stories that are relevant, thought-provoking and true to who we are.
