The Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for driving expansion revenue across Restaurant365’s existing customer base through targeted upsell and cross-sell programs. This role owns lifecycle expansion campaigns, webinar production, and customer communications designed to surface product value, introduce adjacent solutions, and convert existing customers into additional product adoption and revenue growth.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role with direct accountability for expansion pipeline contribution. The role requires strong operational execution, deep comfort with marketing automation, and proficiency in AI-driven tools to scale campaign velocity, personalization, and conversion performance. As the function matures, the role may grow into a player-coach position.
