Who will you be working with?

The Global Talent Acquisition team is the business strategic partner in the creation and implementation of talent initiatives designed to attract and select high-performing technology and engineering professionals, and high-potential employees who will drive the business forward. You’ll be working along with other Latin America recruiters and we’ll be reporting to the Latin America TA Manager, with the main internal clients being in México and Chile, and the possibility to work on global projects with our partners in the rest of the world.
 

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for the country’s manufacturing and corporate positions for our plants, services shops, and offices. The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner will be responsible for the creation and implementation of talent initiatives designed to attract and select high-performing, high-potential employees who will drive the business forward. The TA Partner will have responsibility for the management of full life-cycle recruitment including consulting with hiring managers to determine critical capabilities, designing the staffing strategy, sourcing and pre-screening candidates, and facilitating debrief meetings to ensure the highest quality candidates are hired.
 

What do we want to know about you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology, or related majors.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment including candidate sourcing and full-cycle recruitment for professional-level candidates, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Demonstrated ability as a Talent Advisor to effectively create comprehensive recruiting strategies within social media, talent branding, ATS solutions, and recruiter capability.
  • Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to influence leaders.
  • Problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and passion.

Desired qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday (HR System)
  • Ability to recruit for both manufacturing and corporative positions
  • Experience in heavy industry environment
  • Data experience and reports, such as Pivot Tables in Excel or Power BI

What will your typical day look like?

  • Lead all external and internal Talent Acquisition for Mexico and Chile operations and corporate functions which includes delivering optimal stakeholder management, talent recruiting, interviewing solutions, candidate experience, job offers, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Create a connection with the business and develop storytelling to captivate candidates, focusing on attracting and strengthening the brand.
  • Collaborate with teams and leaders to understand recruitment needs and support them throughout the process.
  • Be able to establish an excellent network to attract talent using platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Look for university partnership opportunities and support in career events
  • Evaluate the knowledge, skills, technical skills, experience, and other relevant items of the candidates, mapping the technical, behavioral, and cultural fit profile.
  • Collaborate across segments to advance TA programs that benefit the region as a whole – e.g. candidate onboarding, technology enhancements to improve recruiter and reporting efficiencies, employer branding initiatives, Workday optimization, sourcing and selection activities, etc.
  • Continuously build relationships with candidates; proactively source for high-quality professionals and maintain contact with talent for future opportunities, develop creative and alternative external sources of talent and keep on leading edge of external recruitment best practices.
