We Are Hiring!  We need a Manager, Identity Security to join our Identity Security Governance (ISG) Team!

What You Will Do:

The Manager, Identity Security, will be responsible for leading the team establishing an enterprise-wide identity security governance (ISG) program, including building a strategy and roadmap, driving ISG deliverables, and supporting its team members on key initiatives to meet ISG objectives. This role requires strong partnerships with enterprise service teams in Global Information Security (GIS), segment Information Security Officer (ISO) teams, GIS Governance, Legal, Directory teams, and product teams managing the enterprise identity security ecosystem (e.g., Identity Providers, Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions).

Responsibilities

• Engage across the company as the enterprise-wide Identity Security Governance team Manager, at both individual customer levels and executive levels

• Provide strategic direction to, and collaboration with, core teams supporting the success of the ISG program

• Own majority of executive and business partner communications on the ISG program, including to segment security teams, internal audit teams, business executives, etc.

• Support program and services scope expansion, team expansion, stakeholder engagement, etc.

• Act as a SME in driving operational improvements to the overall ISG program. Gain buy-in from key stakeholders for program success

• Lead communications with key external partners and executive stakeholders around any identified gaps and/or risks of the ISG program

• Manage multiple competing tasks/responsibilities simultaneously, including program roadmap advancement and oversight, team engagement with customers, intra-team coordination and collaboration, stakeholder reporting, etc.

• Provide knowledge of TWDC information security and regulatory policies and standards

Must Have

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in identity security governance

• Experience leading and managing a team

• Technical knowledge of the identity security ecosystem

• Experience in technical risk assessments, data analytics, compliance evaluations

• Experience with governance methodologies, technical standard creation, visual dashboard/reporting mechanisms, and formulating risk remediation strategies

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in New York is $142,516 - $191,180 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
