The Corporate Accounts Business Intelligence Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping a best-in-class insights strategy for enterprise customers supported with recommendations to execute revenue growth decisions. Working in close alignment with the Corporate Accounts Commercial Team, this person will be their strategic partner to advise and shape custom data and analytics packages to support customer value creation strategies.
The Corporate Accounts Business Intelligence Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, to shape clear objectives and alignment on data sets to deliver actionable recommendations. This person will own and develop high quality materials for Executive level customers to use as part of their enterprise level decision-making process, to support at scale diagnostic and software growth initiatives, including economic value propositions.
What you will do:
Corporate Account Customers Growth Strategy
Partner with IDEXX data and analytics teams to support industry and market research, opportunity-sizing, and competitive analysis to maximize enterprise commercial opportunities.
Partner with customers to aggregate data and develop data sharing models and dashboards, setting clear goals and requirements for comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide enterprise customers with timely, relevant and accurate information.
Using data insights from SMEs, design and produce a cadence of sophisticated executive level reporting assets
Benchmarking/ Reporting analytics and materials for QBRs
Building the narrative and talking points to support Executive Performance Management Dashboards
Annual Customer Scorecards and recommendations for improvement
Synthesize and visualize actionable insights in easy to absorb formats for Executive consumption
Recommend strategies for profitably maximizing loyalty and sales based on data
Develop dashboards, infographics and data visualization formats, to communicate key performance metrics for effective interpretation and drive executives to act on recommended change initiatives
Partner with stakeholders to create and execute an end-to-end approach to effectively prioritize data projects that provide the most value and are used to align with business goals
Support Account Directors and their teams with annual Account Portfolio Reviews and Past Performance Value presentations
Contribute analysis and talk tracks to support marketing materials and customer facing assets
Identify and unlock recommendations to support decision-making around growth initiatives tailored for enterprise level customers
Develop the requirements for analysis on product launches, enterprise initiatives and customer marketing programs across high value accounts
Oversee the preparation of reports and analyses that SMEs will engage in to measure performance, forecast market trends and monitor external environment
Identify new sources of data needed for key business problems
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics and/or Sales or other job-related field
7-10 years equivalent business experience in consulting, consumer insights, competitive intelligence, marketing research preferred
Familiarity and comfort with traditional market and consumer research sources
Thorough knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, products, and competitors
Synthesize a variety of insights and analytics into compelling business case narratives
Strong analytical/ data interpretation skills and ability to translate data and analysis into actionable recommendations/ visualization
Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to influence and lead within the organization as a functional research expert and strategic partner
Ability to anticipate stakeholders needs and proactively outline learning plan/analytic approach
Ability to effectively present information to management and executive groups
Able to organize, coordinate, and direct projects
