The Finance Team supporting the Biologics by McKesson locations in Cary, North Carolina and Fort Worth, Texas is proposing the position of Accounts Receivable Analyst, who will be primarily responsible for monthly data reporting and quality review of claim responses, including developing and following Accounts Receivable metrics.  This role will help establish and maintain the initial database for AR SOP’s and related training with the intent to transfer this to the master Biologics database.  This position works closely with Operations, Payer Access, Account Management, Sales, Training, Quality, Compliance and FP&A with a strong need to build a cross functional collaborative team to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for establishing and reporting of monthly and annual Accounts Receivable data
  • Support a customer-centric culture that builds highly collaborative relationships with Operations, Payer Access, Account Management, Sales, Training, Quality, Compliance and FP&A teams and other support departments
  • Identify and accumulate open issues that are generating uncollectible claims, work to address the root cause of the issue and recommend solutions to eliminate the root cause
  • Review internal controls, policies, procedures, etc. for consistency and to ensure controls are being followed by the Accounts Receivable teams
  • Collaborate with Compliance department to ensure alignment with regulatory practices
  • Support the medical billings process, ensuring accurate billing and enhance collection performance while driving improvement in the process, including the build-out of medical billing for the new Cell and Gene business line
  • Establish an initial database for AR related SOP’s and related training material
  • Support Accounts Receivable and Collection activities as defined within the ever changing scope of the business

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting

Critical Skills

  • 4+ years of financial / accounts receivable / FP&A experience
  • Knowledge of the specialty pharmacy industry is preferred
  • Preferred Accounts Receivable experience

Additional Knowledge and Skills

  • CPR+ and SAP systems experience highly preferred
  • Strong analytical capabilities (Excel spreadsheet skills and spreadsheet analysis techniques required)

Salary: 70,900.00 - 94,500.00 - 118,100.00 USD Annual (Target budget 89K)
