Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager, Technical Program Management to lead pivotal technical programs within our Enterprise Services & Experiences division. This role demands a strategic thinker with robust experience in program management and a knack for steering cross-functional teams toward success.
Responsibilities
Strategic Program Leadership: Spearhead the planning and execution of intricate technical programs, aligning them with our strategic business objectives
Team Development and Management: Manage a diverse group of managers and individual contributors, fostering a culture of growth, inclusivity, and high performance
Operational Excellence: Drive the operational aspects of product development, ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency that meet customer expectations
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define program goals and deliverables that propel business objectives
Global Team Coordination: Oversee globally dispersed teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and inclusivity
Continuous Improvement: Champion innovative solutions and process enhancements to continually elevate our program management practices
Minimum Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
Professional Experience: At least 15 years in technical program management within software and product management, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing diverse teams
Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to resolve conflicts and build high-performing teams
