Job Description
 

Responsibilities 

  • Results-oriented Senior Director, Sales Strategy and Operations to play a key role in driving our field organization and shaping our go-to-market strategy (GTM). 

  • This leader will be responsible for developing and executing long-term GTM goals, optimizing sales operations for efficiency, and leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decision-making across the organization. 

  • You will be a strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and lead key functions of our field organization while collaborating closely with marketing and other key support functions throughout the organization. 

  • Translate facts and data into actionable root cause identification/insight generation. 

  • Drives commensurate, focused execution to influence intended business results. 

  • Oversees the execution of go-to-market commercial plan in conjunction with our Brand Strategy Team. 

  • Develop and implement promotional strategy that propels sales and independent consultant recruiting results; delivers optimal ROI. 

  • Create buy-in from cross departmental teams by connecting the dots between Sprinklr’s commercial plan and execution. 

  • Demonstrate the ability to influence field and marketing communication strategy while enabling subject matter experts to execute against a clear, aligned strategy. 

  • Partner with key commercial and noncommercial teams to ensure that operating plans are in place to deliver key customer and sales objectives. 

  • Establish best practices for Sprinklr’s unique sales strategy and implement across all sales channels. 

  • Ensure keen focus of the GTM team - delivering plans that align resources to our largest opportunities and activations that drive material results. 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CCO and senior leadership on GTM and sales strategy, providing insights and action plans that drive key results 

  • Forecast Accuracy

Qualifications & Operating income Competencies for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field. 

  • 10+ years total sales experience, minimum 5 years' experience in a strategic leadership position leading a commercial sales organization. 

  • 5+ years' experience translating data into meaningful insights to influence sales strategy.

Compensation Range

$146,000 - $195,000 - $244,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s  discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
