WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role is on our Planning Operations team which is part of our Central Planning team within North America DSM. You will be working closely with Global and Geo DSM partners, as well as multiple cross-functional partners across Consumer x Marketplace teams and varying functional operations teams.

The candidate needs to have retail planning experience, be highly organized, aptitude for driving clarity, and an ability to simplify complex timelines/dates/gates across multiple functions. The successful candidate demonstrates curiosity, is proactive, and enjoys collaborating with others to create operational efficiencies. They will have the ability to communicate effectively to audiences across different levels and functions of the organization.
Ability to streamline process with clear end goals within a dynamic, complex and highly cross functional team
Strong formatting skills to create one source of the truth across CFoP x Marketplace
Foundational retail planning knowledge across vertical and wholesale
Strong process design and governance skills
Ability to align broad group of stakeholders toward common goals and mobilize actions against them
Strong ability to influence and design compelling communication
Ability to think critically and understand the potential for efficiencies and automation
Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills by developing aligned tools and communication
Self-starter, motivated and proactive in setting the direction and adjusting as needed
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3-5 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
The core responsibilities for this role focus on streamlining and driving the key deliverables across CFoP x Marketplace. Within Planning Operations, you will need to be highly organized, send clear communications and proactively define the workback calendar for DSM.
You will:
Manage multiple DSM calendars to drive operational alignment & readiness across CFoP x Marketplace grounded in the CODE dates/gates
Ensure Planning teams have a defined workback calendar for CODE moment readiness
Create templates for CFoP x Marketplace to leverage for business driving decisions, story-telling and LT cross functional meetings
Develop consistent methodology for translation of Bookings, Demand Plan, and POS story-telling
Create & drive efficiencies in planning process/tools across CFoP x Marketplace
Engage in Functional Operations Network to drive consistency across NA and DSM
Partner with Global DSM Planning Operations team to provide clarity and feedback loop on operational excellence
