Role Definition
Manages engineering team to support the design and development of components, systems, and products developed in CRDC Qingdao. Leads the team to exceed the performance expectations in terms of people, velocity, quality and cost.

Responsibilities
•    Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for engineering teams. 
•    Providing specialized engineering technical support and consulting services to all engineering teams in CRDC Qingdao.
•    Managing high-impact, short and long duration engineering initiatives and projects; ensuring achievement of engineering plan and product quality.
•    Maintaining product release plans and material plans; driving programs to completion on time and within budget.
•    Engaging engineering teams in CRDC Qingdao to maintain and improve clients’ satisfaction.

Product Design and Development:

•    Supervises the management of multiple and diverse types of products or services.
•    Develops proof-of-concept exercises to prove or disprove validity of proposed products.
•    Advises on the appropriate solutions to complex product design and development problems.
•    Designs working prototypes of a variety of proposed products or services

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, vehicle, material, hydraulic, engine, or electrical.
•    Excellent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
