Position Overview
We are seeking a UI/UX Product Engineer who is passionate about creating intuitive user experiences and skilled at turning complex requirements into elegant, user-centered interfaces. Strong engineering experience and a solid foundation in UI/UX best practices are essential. Experience with analytical technologies such as XRF or Raman is a plus, but a strong desire to learn is equally valued.
As a key member of an Agile Scrum team, this individual will serve as both a hands-on engineer and a product owner for UI workflows, shaping user experiences across handheld devices, desktop software, web platforms, and mobile applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives where design, engineering, and product strategy intersect.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $118,600.00–$147,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
