What you will do

Responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of inventory, including ordering, receiving, warehousing, and reconciling. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of logistics and inventory management.

How you will do it

  • Ordering: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate ordering of filter inventory based on demand forecasts and production schedules.

  • Receiving: Oversee the receiving process, ensuring all incoming shipments are inspected, verified, and accurately recorded in the inventory system.

  • Warehousing: Manage the storage of filter inventory, ensuring optimal organization, safety, and accessibility. Implement best practices for inventory control and space utilization.

  • Reconciliation: Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports as needed.

  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains and negotiate favorable terms.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

  • Compliance: Ensure all logistics operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Performs other duties as required. 

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience. 

  • Five or more years of experience in operations and maintenance. 

  • Able to program and operate Building Automation Systems. 

  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and their operation. 

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities. 

  • Able to manage and train entry-level personnel. 

  • Able to deal with customers and others at all levels. 

  • Knowledge of JCI procedures and policies. 

  • Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment.
