How you’ll make an impact

• Lean the key R&D projects in EconiQ portfolio within BU HV
• Planning and execution of project process timely with good driving of problem solving
• Ensure the project development process meet R&D process and quality
• Prepare project documents according to Gate model requirement
• Overall coordination of resource, risks, budget and forward planning
• Understand the basic principle of HV circuit breaker and carbon footprint optimization
• Understand the electric, electrical and mechanical design in MV/HV industry
• Understand the supply chain, manufacturing, assembly in product unit is an advantage
• Contribute to development test and type test of product verification

Your background

• Master degree or PhD in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or other related majors
• At least 5-years and above experience in R&D sector or equivalent, full experience (from design to launch) of 2 and above CB products preferred.
• Mastery of product development workflow (e.g. gate model, NPI) is important
• Self-motivated, innovative, structured and systematic thinking, good communication skills and team spirit
• Be a team player and enable learning from past and other
• Strong result-driven, structural thinking and agility is preferred
• Strong CB production experience, or site installation & commissioning knowledge, or familiar with operating mechanism development is a plus
• Good oral, writing, presenting in English as work language is a must
