As a Project Manager, eCOA, you will lead the delivery of electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) projects, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget execution. This role requires strong client engagement, operational oversight, and collaboration across internal teams to drive successful outcomes and exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage end-to-end delivery of eCOA projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and addressing project needs
Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and resource alignment
Monitor project financials and proactively manage scope changes
Lead client meetings, provide status updates, and resolve escalations promptly
Support continuous improvement initiatives and share lessons learned across teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal SOPs
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
3–5 years of experience in project management within clinical research or related industry
Strong understanding of the drug development process and eCOA solutions
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus
