As a Project Manager, eCOA, you will lead the delivery of electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) projects, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget execution. This role requires strong client engagement, operational oversight, and collaboration across internal teams to drive successful outcomes and exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of eCOA projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and addressing project needs

  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and resource alignment

  • Monitor project financials and proactively manage scope changes

  • Lead client meetings, provide status updates, and resolve escalations promptly

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and share lessons learned across teams

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal SOPs

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management within clinical research or related industry

  • Strong understanding of the drug development process and eCOA solutions

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus
