Job Description:

The IT Digital Adoption team is responsible for the adoption of IT tools used by Hitachi Energy employees. It focuses on ensuring proper communication, training delivery to end users, and User Experience of key IT platforms. The team is part of the Service Integration Department that manages multiple supplier services and integrates them into a single business-facing IT organization. It owns ServiceNow Platform and Service Management Process Framework as the core of a fit-for-purpose IT application and technology landscape and ensures effective governance and orchestration of service delivery.

We are looking for an individual that has understanding and experience in Digital Adoption and End User Experience (e.g. in ServiceNow front-end capabilities including portals, a virtual agent with GenAI, catalogs etc.) and good end user communication and training skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the adoption of ServiceNow, including end user support channels. The candidate will work with country and Business Units IT to ensure end users know how to use the platform. Will also work with the UX lead to improve the UX of Service Now (and in the future other global platforms) in terms of UI, wording, and customer journeys.,

Responsibility:

  • Design and develop adoption plan for ServiceNow, including end user communication, training.

  • Work closely with country and Business Unit IT to ensure delivery of adoption materials (communication, training) to end users.

  • Co-define and deliver End User Experience for ServiceNow - centric culture across the enterprise, especially within IT teams of Service Integration, Infrastructure, Platform and Applications, and Cybersecurity.

  • Day-to-day governance of employee portal (in ServiceNow), catalogs and other means of communication to end users

  • Participate in designing and developing UX processes for internal IT platforms.

  • Use knowledge to suggest innovations across a broad range of new and traditional channels, communities and content.

  • Build a strong network across the user community and key stakeholders to aid alignment during the execution of adoption campaigns and collect requirements.

Background:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT / min. 2  years in digital adoption/internal communication area

  • ServiceNow experience (min. as Key User)

  • End User Experience background and natural user empathy are key work requirements

  • Strong ownership demonstrated with a successful track over previous assignments

  • Good communication skills proved with examples of end user campaigns

  • Fluent written and spoken English is a must

  • Understanding of corporate structures used to manage IT and platforms – experience in working for IT corporate structure will be an advantage

  • As advantage- certification: Lean Six Sigma yellow belt, ITIL 4 foundation, Prosci
