What you will do

To service and commission: Access Systems, CCTV with a focus on integrated solutions. The successful engineers will service Security systems to the relevant industry standards, providing exceptional customer service with industry leading technical knowledge. We are looking for engineers who have the ability identify and rectify problems before they occur. This is a fantastic opportunity for a time served Service & Commissioning Engineer to work within a high performing team delivering integrated technical solutions, our prime market is high end office space within central London. WOT believe in engineer training and growth for our ability to deliver high-end integrated solutions to our customer base, with an average of four training courses a year for our engineering base.

How you will do it

  • Working with us to create a Zero Harm environment by maintaining a safe and secure work place and adhering to safe practices.
  • Provide excellent Customer Service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both the internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
  • Work closely with the planning team, ensuring your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritised correctly
  • Commissioning systems utilising your knowledge of Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Door Entry and Access Control Systems and; complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA Certificates or checklist as appropriate..
  • Preparation of service utilising organisational skills.  The role will require reviewing specifications, associated drawings, documents and equipment to ensure a smooth delivery of customer service.

Experience and certification with leading integrated Security systems listed below, a strong understanding of networking and hold a relevant electrical qualification (17th edition/ NVQ/ City and Guilds etc).

A technical, self-motivated individual with a mindset to tackle problems logically, resulting in delivering precise detailed information and solutions in a fast pace environment. Have previous experience working in a customer facing environment, hold a full clean driving license and have the ability to lift and climb ladders.
