A Dow tem oportunidade como Analista de Atendimento ao Cliente B2B (PCD) para atuar com suporte de atendimento ao cliente localizado em São Paulo (BRA).

Atua como interface entre os clientes e os parceiros da cadeia de valor do negócio para entregar um serviço excepcional aos nossos clientes e impulsionar a rentabilidade da Dow. Fornece soluções aos clientes, ao mesmo tempo em que gerencia as necessidades operacionais e colabora de forma próxima com os parceiros fundamentais (Manufatura, Marketing & Vendas, Supply Chain, etc.) para atender aos objetivos da empresa.

Responsabilidades / Atividades:

• Executa o processo de entrada de pedidos e gerencia o processo de atendimento de pedidos (order fulfillment) para um negócio específico ou grupo de negócios e clientes, que normalmente são clientes prioritários e fundamentais, com alto nível de complexidade.

• Mantém conhecimento aprofundado sobre os produtos, negócios, aplicações e ofertas de serviços das áreas atendidas.

• Fortalece a proximidade com o cliente por meio do desenvolvimento de relacionamentos sólidos, compreensão das necessidades do cliente e coleta de inteligência de mercado.

• Coordena as atividades nas contas de clientes sob sua responsabilidade, atuando de forma proativa na identificação de problemas e implementação de soluções.

• Mantém os níveis de serviço de acordo com a priorização estabelecida pelo negócio.

• Diferencia os requisitos dos clientes das capacidades da Dow, escolhendo a melhor e mais econômica solução.

• Apoia as estratégias comerciais com clientes da Dow em múltiplos negócios.

Requisitos:
