Position Summary...

Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning. Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent. Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy. Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas.

What you'll do:

  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration, alignment, and effective communication.
  • Formulate the roadmap and coordinate the implementation of a diverse range of PeopleTech Programs and projects.
  • Utilize advanced project management tools to monitor KPIs, milestones, and deliverables, addressing potential roadblocks to keep projects on schedule.
  • Regularly connect with team members to lead expectations and provide project updates on scope, budget, and velocity.
  • Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards, conducting thorough reviews to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Oversee project budgeting and resource allocation, optimizing utilization while staying within budget constraints.
  • Develop clear communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, fostering transparency and trust.
  • Proactively address project-related challenges, employing strong problem-solving skills to maintain momentum.
  • Drive adoption of industry-leading project management methodologies, refining processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance, capture lessons learned, and identify improvement opportunities.


What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or other related technical field.
  • 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry, with ownership of programs/products/features, scoping requirements, planning milestones, and project management.
  • 5+ years of experience leading software development projects with aggressive schedules and significant business impact.
  • Strong communicator in both verbal and written forms, adept at communicating upwards, outwards, and downwards. Ability to bridge from high-level objectives to project details and vice-versa.
  • Experience with project delivery for large, cross-functional projects. Proven track record of delivering solutions when needed, while navigating a fast-paced environment with frequent shift in priorities.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  • Experience with object-oriented development and design, preferably in both client and server development solutions.
  • Experience and proficiency with web technologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data-driven decision-making. Business Intelligence/visualization tools experience.
  • Ability to engage with business leaders to unblock/advance projects as needed.
  • Willingness to work with distributed team members across different time zones.
  • Preferred: Experience in ServiceNow, including functional design, configuration, implementation, and project management. Strong experience with implementing ServiceNow HRSD modules, HR case management processes, related integrations and compliance.
