Digital Product Manager 

Location: Needham, MA (Hybrid: 3-4 days per week in office) 
Reporting to: Director, Digital Product and Design 

Overview: 

The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of digital products across SharkNinja’s platforms, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences and meeting business objectives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX, engineering, and marketing, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and guide product development from concept to launch. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and manage the digital product roadmap in alignment with SharkNinja’s strategic goals and customer needs. 
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements and new features based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product initiatives, balancing customer satisfaction, business goals, and technical feasibility. 
  • Continuously refine and evolve the product strategy to ensure alignment with SharkNinja’s broader digital transformation goals. 
  1. Product Development & Execution
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to release and post-launch analysis. 
  • Write detailed product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for development teams. 
  • Coordinate with UX, engineering, and QA teams to ensure that product features are developed, tested, and launched on time and within scope. 
  • Serve as the voice of the customer during product development, ensuring that customer needs and pain points are addressed. 
  1. Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Use data analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed product decisions. 
  • Partner with analytics and BI teams to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital products and track success metrics post-launch. 
  • Conduct A/B testing and gather user feedback to validate new product features and optimizations. 
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
  • Serve as the key point of contact between digital, marketing, and development teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the product lifecycle. 
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on product progress, challenges, and outcomes, ensuring transparency across departments. 
  • Act as a product evangelist within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and user-centric product development. 

Qualifications: 

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on digital products or e-commerce platforms. 
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products that meet both user needs and business goals. 

Skills & Competencies 

  • Product Management Expertise: Strong understanding of digital product management, including product lifecycle management, user experience, and agile methodologies. 
  • Analytical Skills: Experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing to measure product performance and drive optimization. 
  • Technical Understanding: Basic technical knowledge of web and mobile development, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. 
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence decision-making. 
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with teams across UX, marketing, and engineering.
