Position Overview: Position Overview:
Perform a variety of cleaning and disinfecting within their assigned buildings/areas to maintain a clean, safe work environment for the campus community.
Working Schedule:
This is a full-time, benefit eligible, union staff position. The working schedule for this position will be Mon-Friday 5am-1:30pm
Union Salary and Benefits:
The full-scale wage for the Custodian position is $26.65 per hour. New employees will be hired with a one-year training period. At the start of the training period, wages are reduced by $2.00 per hour from the base classification rates. Employees will receive a $1.00 per hour increase after six months, and another $1.00 per hour increase after twelve months.
