CO Analyst - Customer Issue Resolution (m/f/*)

As a CO Analyst - Customer Issue Resolution, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• CIR (Customer Issue Resolution) Management – handling account reconciliation - this includes disputes, payment allocations, offsets to ensure up to date customer account statements and accounts receivable
• Using strong analytical skills to interpret information, examine variables, and suggest alternative solutions to meet customer needs.
• Working with sensitive/confidential financial data and building credibility and trust with customers through timely and accurate issue resolution.
• Interpreting policies and regulations, investigating problems, and communicating with other departments to identify and implement service solutions.
• Working independently and proactively with general support and prioritization defined by the manager/supervisor.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of finance, customer service, supply chain or sales experience
• Advanced English
• Experience with SAP as an additional asset
• Account receivables (AR) and intermediate excel knowledge and experience as an additional asset
• Demonstrated problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Demonstration of strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, organizational and short-term planning skills
• Strongly deliver and follow Team KPI targets in timely and efficient manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible and detail oriented

Job specifics:

• Location Information: Wrocław
• Hybrid (2 days per week / 8 days per month)
• Working pattern: full time
