The EUROPE SUPPLY NETWORK HUB is the heart of the region and the largest planning center in P&G. In our office, we take care of all elements of the supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to production planning and distribution.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a CUSTOMS KEY USER - MIC System Specialist. MIC is a customs tool that is integrated with SAP. The tool prepares and submits customs declarations directly to customs authority systems. The person in this role will be responsible for MIC Master Data management and will act as 1st level technical support to site End Users/KU for Import, Export, and Transit transactions. The Customs Key User will develop expertise in the MIC tool throughout the testing and execution of customs processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop knowledge and expertise in MIC and associated SAP transactions.

• Support testing of MIC with SAP and external systems (CDS, NCTS, DELTA).

• Build and maintain written procedures to ensure business continuity.

• Maintain master data within MIC.

  • Utilize the initiatives tracker and other tools to identify all in-scope material codes.
  • Maintain all key attributes in the parts master database (commodity codes, preferential status, customs description, procedure codes, and other customs-relevant data).
  • Maintain haulier/lane mapping tables with relevant transportation/lane data.
  • Resolve missing transactional data (e.g., pricing, weights, etc.).

• Provide 1st level issue resolution.

  • Receive and resolve help requests from site End Users/KU.
  • Use MIC process knowledge and SAP expertise to provide timely resolution to issues, preventing export delays while maintaining compliance and accuracy.
  • Raise and monitor 2nd level technical issues to the MIC helpdesk or P&G Business Process Expert.

• Support customs processes to drive compliance.

Job Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, knowledge of Polish would be an advantage.
  • University degree
  • Proactive and process-driven mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering close relationships with IT, customs experts, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience or knowledge of digitalization and programming (PBI, SQL, Oracle, Python) is welcome.
  • Familiarity with SAP and warehousing/transportation processes is advantageous.
  • Customs experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Learning agility and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Digital fluency and a strategic understanding of data management.
