About the team
The team supports transformation and future forward delivery efforts. Responsible for managing Change Management Data and Process Governance for large transformation initiatives which will help deliver on net revenue benefits from Future Forward and help drive efficiencies and automation to CX activities.
What you will be doing:
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provides leadership for business process analysis team, including planning, coaching, recruitment, selection, performance development and mentoring.
• Helps monitor staff performance and works with employees to implement goals and document progress.
• Helps manage resources in a cost-effective, innovative manner while assisting subordinates in effective use of resources and tools.
• Helps manage staff to ensure all duties are performed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating changes to impacted organizations.
• Develops and implements department policies and procedures.
• Ensures deadlines and production schedules are met and reallocates workloads as necessary.
• Troubleshoots issues that arise; handles escalated problems/questions from team.
• Works with management to determine budgets and forecasts for department.
• Plans and implements process improvement initiatives, e.g., ISO, Lean or Six Sigma.
• Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
• Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts.
• Measures performance against process requirements.
• Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
• Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
• May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
• Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.
• Communicates team progress.
• Performs cost and benefit analyses.
• Perform other related duties assigned as needed.

Must have requirements:
Power BI Development Expert
* Minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Power BI solutions
* Extensive experience creating interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
* Master level understanding of Power BI architecture, data modeling, and best practices for optimizing performance and scalability
* Extensive experience in integrating Power BI with various data sources, such as databases, web services, and cloud platforms
Expert SQL Programming Skills
* Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
* Extensive experience optimizing SQL queries for performance, including indexing strategies, query tuning, and database optimization techniques
* Extensive understanding of relational database concepts, such as normalization, data integrity, and transaction management
* Extensive experience in working with various database management systems, such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
Expert Data Modeling Skills
* Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in designing and implementing complex data models to support business intelligence and analytics solutions
* Master level understanding of dimensional modeling concepts, such as star schemas, snowflake schemas, and slowly changing dimensions
* Extensive experience in creating and maintaining data models using tools like Power BI, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), or other data modeling tools
* Extensive experience in developing and optimizing data models for large-scale datasets, ensuring high performance and scalability
* Extensive experience collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective data models. Skilled at describing the models to stakeholders in user friendly terms.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred. GENERAL
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Requires expert knowledge of PowerBI, data modeling and SQL code: ideally 7-10 years of experience
• Capable of extracting/identifying insights, the ‘why’ behind the data
• Requires strong management, organizational, team building, coaching and mentoring skills
• Requires strong business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision, and executive presence
• In-depth knowledge of FIS products and services and business operations
• Requires high level of understanding FIS business systems and industry requirements.
• General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology including systems, applications and banking practices
• Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations
• Skill in productivity, planning, and workload management
• Requires solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and management across technical and business functions across FIS as well as client/partner organizations
• Career level management role. Full responsibility for management of their team, works under general direction from senior managers.
