Summary: As a Workplace Mgmt & Solutions Practitioner, you will provide expertise and/or general administrative space and service support for Accenture people and businesses globally. You will contribute to the smooth functioning of workplace management and ensure the well-being and safety of employees. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the smooth functioning of workplace management. - Support general administrative space and service needs for Accenture people and businesses globally. - Contribute to the well-being and safety of employees. - Manage and maintain workplace facilities and resources. - Implement workplace policies and procedures. - Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility management. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Manage workplace budgets and expenses. - Identify and implement process improvements for workplace management. - Provide training and guidance to team members. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in workplace management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with facility management software. - Strong understanding of workplace management principles and practices. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. - Experience in managing workplace budgets and expenses. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
