Position Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and supervise team to meet and exceed budgeted tour flow and APG through training, motivation, contests and strategic scheduling.

  • Field Leader - recruit, motivate, train, oversee CMAs and deliver
    supplies. 

  • Help resolve guest issues, complaints.

  • Create reports and deliver site updates.

  • Resort tour reception and sales/marketing liaison.

  • Recruiting, interviewing and hiring CMAs.

  • Training - new hire and ongoing.

  • Attendance record keeping.

  • Comply with Human Resource and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Wyndham Destinations OPC/CMP experience required

  • Proven ability to successfully lead a team.

  • Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and good work ethic.

  • Detail oriented while maintaining multi-task abilities in a busy environment; professional and organized; able to exhibit problem solving ability.

  • Ability to effectively coach, counsel and motivate direct reports

  • Provide exceptional customer service (i.e. must be able to communicate in a positive and effective manner when dealing with upset owners)

  • Ability to negotiate effectively

  • High School or equivalent required.
