About the role:

The Communications Manager, reporting to the Chief People Officer, will play a pivotal role for the organization on our path to becoming a leader in our industry. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced communications professional who not only supports internal communication and engagement of our teams but also supports building our external message in strengthening our employer brand. You will play a key role in fostering a vibrant company culture and supporting a high-performing organization through strategic communication initiatives.

In this role, you will also support corporate social responsibility initiatives, demonstrating our commitment to making a positive impact in the communities we serve. You will also partner with the P&C and Marketing teams to enhance the candidate and employee experience through compelling communications that showcase the organization’s distinctive strengths and offerings as an employer of choice. Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning our internal messaging with our external reputation, ensuring consistency and authenticity across all communication channels.

Additionally, you will support executive communication efforts, helping our leadership team connect effectively with our diverse workforce. Your ability to craft clear, inspiring messages will strengthen employee engagement and reinforce our company's values and vision.
