Essential Responsibilities:
- Promotes Ledcor safety culture on the project by taking an active role in the implementation of the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP) to achieve compliance with corporate safety manuals and all regulatory boards and authorities.
- Assists with implementing, coordinating, and maintaining Ledcor systems and procedures in accordance with project specifications and requirements
- Acts as a mentor to team members performing general project coordination and administration duties
- Analyzes project milestones and financial deadlines, and the impact of critical path
- Works with project team to identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible impact on schedule and financial targets
- Develops and manages projects with limited risk and resource requirements, or segments of larger projects.
- Facilitates project meetings with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and support the project’s ongoing progression
- Assists with ensuring subcontractor compliance with Inspection Test Plans, construction drawings and procedures, and other quality documents applicable to the work being performed
- Manages project-related inquiries or escalations and provides appropriate responses in a timely manner
- Leads the change order process, analyzes changes to drawing to assess impacts, and assists with contract negotiations.
- Prepares detailed analysis or review of aspects of the project as may be required
- Overall support of the design-build process
Qualifications:
- 6+ years related work experience, or combination of relevant education and experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, and specifications; comprehensive knowledge of current construction practices and methodology
- Working knowledge of construction office processes including project set-up, subcontract management, change orders, RFIs, lien holdbacks and closeout
- Strong computer background, including experience with MS Word, Excel and scheduling software
- Ability to motivate, coach and guide other team members clearly and persuasively
- Ability to communicate clearly and respond to project stakeholder requests in typical situations; able to anticipates client needs and proactively identifies solutions to nonstandard task/queries
- Willingness to contribute actively in team discussions, sharing experiences and ideas
Work Conditions:
- This is a hybrid work position where you will be required to be in office multiple times a week

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
