Job Summary
• This role is responsible for managing and leading cross-functional business aspects for Workstations and Retail Point of Sale. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate favorable terms for the organization while adding value to the client. The role stays up to date with industry best practices and the latest trends while proactively identifying and addressing any risks in order to stay competitive in the market.
Responsibilities
• Manages and leads marketing, operational, and financial aspects of assigned workstations and retail point of sale segment.
• Develops short and mid-term plans to achieve market growth, revenue, and operating profit goals.
• Leads go-to-market team and identification of new product opportunities.
• Develops strategy with field sales teams, sales management, and other key category stakeholders on programs and product positioning to win business.
• Engages with senior management and key stakeholders to communicate category performance, present plans, and seek support for strategic initiatives.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with strategic processor and operating system partners.
• Collaborates with various internal teams from marketing, sales, supply chain and product development to align strategies and ensure effective execution.
• Identifies and addresses potential risks within the category, and implements mitigation strategies.
• Ensures adherence to organization's policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards within the category management function.
• Evaluates and optimizes category strategies and processes to stay competitive in the market.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $233,350 to $280,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
