ACCOUNTABILITY

Responsible for in-plant warehouse management and operation for inbound and outbound. Lead the warehouse and logistics operational teams involving materials and finished goods receiving, warehousing management, inventory management, finished goods inventory and shipping arrangement.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Accountable for all activities, admin and operation in the warehouse and its inventory. These include responsibility for the processes related to warehousing and logistics, housekeeping, equipment maintenance, and safety aspects of the employees.
• Control and efficiently manage the operation of inventory (manual and system), execute monthly stock check to ensure minimal variance between records and physical stock.
• Handle outbound shipping arrangement by container for export and local market.
• Handle and controls the internal finished goods transfer between production and warehouse for unit repair or testing.
• Handle the monthly billing process for all 3PL invoices.
• Reporting on damaged units during warehouse operation and transportation.
• Coordinate the packing materials purchase for shipment usage.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in any background preferably logistic and supply chain.
• Fresh graduates can be considered. Added advantage with 3 years working experience in warehousing, planning and hands-on knowledge in manufacturing environments.
