Salary: £34,435 to £42,556 per annum

Location: Hybrid working – Croydon & Merton office

Hours: 36 hours per week                     

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract/Secondment – until 31st December 2024

We’re looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer to join our existing team in Croydon/Merton and covering the local region.

This is a dynamic role; you’ll be dealing with many different types of cases, seeing them through to conclusion and often helping customers who may be vulnerable. Today you could be ensuring a complaint is resolved, a repair is completed, or working with a whole block to support customers whilst services are restored…..tomorrow you could be helping with an estate event, arranging a decant, or working with victims of domestic abuse.

Our residents are our priority and we are keen to ensure we hear their views and communicate effectively on service promises.  

You’ll report into a Head of Service and we can support regular home working, with attendance at offices and resident visits so applicants must be able to travel across local regions as and when required.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at one of our offices in Croydon/Merton. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
