GEICO is looking for an accomplished, customer obsessed, and results oriented Manager, Product Management to grow our MarTech capabilities within GEICO’s MarTech team. As Manager, Product Management, you will be responsible for transforming the product experience, by finding value creating opportunities and driving innovative and sustainable product solutions through technology. The ideal candidate will champion a startup mindset and deliver differentiated experiences for our customers.
As a part of the MarTech team, you will be enabling and giving marketers the confidence in using our tools and providing them with insights to deliver a great experience in a well-managed way. We are building a world class MarTech Product team within GEICO so that we can enable Marketers to lead with a data driven approach in marketing and help them run high performing campaigns at scale. If you have experience in Product Management building solutions for marketing teams and marketing automation - we are looking for you! The ideal candidate is a team player comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and must be a strong communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders of all organizational levels.
This position is a hybrid role, and it is required to be on-site 3 days a week at one of the following locations:

Job Responsibilities:
Scope and define requirements for communications to GEICO customers across channels (e.g. Email, Push, SMS) working closely with business stakeholders and marketing strategists considering incremental value creation and cost to create value.
Identify and measure KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), with an eye to adjusting and refining as the data dictates.
Work closely with tech peers and architecture to understand the tradeoffs of technical decisions and lead execution of requirements in an agile fashion by participation in ceremonies.
Report on performance to stakeholders demonstrating incremental value creation.
Encourage adaptability informed by emerging solutions, industry trends and changing customer needs.
Defines scalable solutions by deep knowledge of marketer workflow.
Understand technology concepts and how underlying MarTech product services perform across channels and customer touchpoints.
Foster a strong agile discipline and inspire teams to continuously improve delivery through understanding of key agile metrics.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree.
At least 3 years of experience in Product Management within MarTech or adjacent space.
At least 3 years of experience writing requirements and working closely with engineering teams managing all aspects of a product feature throughout its lifecycle from concept to delivery.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Marketing Platforms e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent.
At least 1 year experience with concepts around campaign, journey management, and digital marketing best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working as in marketing or as a solutions architect.
Certifications (Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or equivalent).
High sense of accountability and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to influence across the organization.
Insurance industry experience.
Annual Salary
$86,000.00 - $154,000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
