The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Enterprise Services (ES) Team:

RTX Enterprise Services (ES) has an opening for a Enterprise Services Senior Manager reporting to the Associate Director, Intake & Prioritization in the Enterprise Services Operational Excellence Program Management group.   

In this fast-paced role, you will partner regularly across ES and Business Unit stakeholders to align on and execute ES initiatives. The right candidate will be well organized, possess strong presentation and communication skills and project an overall collaborative and continuous improvement mindset.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with technical teams to identify and implement enhancements in Planview and Tableau reporting tools to improve data accessibility and automation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Planview functionality, offering guidance and training to stakeholders on best practices for program and portfolio management. 
  • Review ES Planview data to analyze current state, trends and tap into opportunities for process alignment and improvements.
  • Drive Enterprise Services Prioritization and Intake for cross-domain collaboration and visibility.
  • Lead efforts to extract, analyze, and validate data from Planview to support FP&A and leadership decision-making, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Oversee the setting up of new programs in Planview, including configuration of financials, milestones, and reporting features, to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Partner with all ES and BU PMOs for alignment, continuous improvement feedback, communication on updates
  • Partner with ES Finance for prioritization efforts going into goal planning activities to further mature processes

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
  • Develop proficiency as a hands-on user of Planview, with a strong focus on continuous improvement using frameworks like CORE, LEAN, or Six Sigma.

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in a matrixed environment and a strategic approach to data analysis for process improvements aligned with CORE practices.

  • Bring a strong PMO background with expertise in establishing governance frameworks, standardizing delivery processes, and enhancing portfolio execution and visibility.

  • Must meet U.S. Person eligibility requirements for Export Authorization and be willing to travel 10-20% annually, as needed.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
