⏰Hours: Shift patterns will be either morning starting between 7-9AM or evening starting between 4-6PM

We help teams collect and analyze in-game performance data that supports players, coaches, trainers, and medical staff in their daily work. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for detail-oriented team members to help support our data processing operations.

Key Responsibilitiesđź’Ľ

On any given day, you could:

  • Conduct daily system checks

  • Actively troubleshoot for any issues that are flagged from system checks

  • Complete post-game processing steps

  • Monitor and engage with the data processing dashboard and maintain simple documentation

  • Conduct basic troubleshooting for any processing issues and assist the Data Processing Engineer/Lead with troubleshooting

  • Update basic game information such as player rosters and IDs

  • Complete routine weekly maintenance tasks within the Data Processing department

  • Support basic data organization and file management tasks

Desirable experiences/knowledge:

  • Experience with data entry or quality control

  • Familiarity with sports statistics or performance data

  • Basic understanding of video equipment

  • Experience with team collaboration tools (like Slack)

  • Interest in sports technology, biomechanics and analytics
