The Implementation Partner acts as a coach to the Implementation Site Lead for preparing and supporting the transition of the site to the new ways of working and deployment of SAP Platform. He/she will work closely with the Change Management site lead and will be the main contact with the others LEAP Business teams for any questions raised. 

This position requires to be open to travel on a regular basis to Canadian plants that he/she will be responsible for.

What’s involved in this role:

  • Collaborate in developing the local implementation plan (activities)​. 

  • Coach in site readiness and implementation activities​. 

  • Assist in cutover planning and execution. 

  • Guide in the preparation and execution of all inventory count activities. 

  • Explain and assist with mapping system role to local business roles​. 

  • Facilitate development of local work instructions (SOP, policy, etc.)​ with his/her change management partner. 

  • Facilitate identification and communication of issues, risks, and interdependencies for deployment at site. Collaborate closely with other LEAP members to define and follow mitigation actions. 

  • Assist in preparing Data Cleaning activities and Data Validation​. 

  • Assist with engaging local Super users to support training, post go live activities and sustainability​. 

  • Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices. 

  • Safety Protocol: understand and follow safety policies and programs. 

What you need to join our team:

  • Bachelor's degree required 

  • Relevant experience in manufacturing production, quality management, operational improvement, or supply chain 

  • Strong knowledge of operations at a high volatility plant 

  • Ability to guide and lead change​ 

  • Ability to adapt and guide in quickly evolving environment​ 

  • Good knowledge of people, ability to leverage their skills, support  

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow documents and procedures (GLP, SOP, MSDS, GMP, test procedures, HACCP, etc.). 

  • Bilingual (Fr/En) is an asset
