About the Role

This position is responsible for the centralized monitoring of budget and expenditures pertaining to agency campaigns. The position will also provide support to the team in ensuring timely delivery of the rewards, incentives and communications to the agency force.

• Monitor actual expenses for sales promotions, campaigns and events.
• Ensure proper documentation and processing of payments made to suppliers/vendors.
• Maintain team’s database.
• Assist in releasing rewards, incentives and communications to the agency force.
• Help during the rollout of various events (e.g.  to cascades, kick-offs, recognition programs, ASG planning).
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
