Job Purpose:

Given the unprecedented launch acceleration of AREXVY around the world, the Global Marketing Content Manager is a key member of the brand team to drive approval of promotional activities and tactics. This individual would be responsible for owning the content lab process, stewarding core content and leading execution of assigned projects.  This should be done through cross-functional collaboration with our co-create LOCs and in partnership with the global agency of record for the RSV Adult launch.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work across HCP Workstream to facilitate the approval process for materials in content lab (Peer-to-peer, Data Driven Customer Experience [DDCX] and Campaign) with strong matrix and agency management.
  • Partner with Data Analytics and MOC to analyse and track HCP Workstream deliverables.
  • Plan and run quarterly business reviews to report on promo utilization, preview new materials and collect LOC insights on effectiveness and gaps.
  • Work with GMM/GMD to leverage promotional opportunities with key brands (e.g., SHINGRIX, TRELEGY) to extend reach of approved content and support multi-brand POAs.
  • Collaborate with Medical to manage capacity for the copy approval process and coordinate preparations for foundational deliverables such as (core claims document, campaign, content cards, sales training).
  • Facilitate best practice sharing and bring key insights from different GSK brand teams into the broader HCP Workstream.
  • Raise awareness of any gaps in the content library, discrepancies with approved materials and support the reconciliation.
  • Facilitate the global data on file (DoFs) process.
  • Assess potential risks for the performance and trust objectives and help to inform and uphold a solid mitigation plan.
  • Support the Launch-in-a Box platform to maintain a user-friendly experience for the HCP Workstream and ensure timely updates working closely with Program Management
  • Contribute to core business processes based on your role and for continuous development as needed/agreed with GMD/Sr Director.

Why you ?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in life science, business / marketing, advertising, or like area of study.
  • 3 years of business or commercial experience in a life sciences, healthcare or closely related industry. Prior launch and/or in-line marketing experience.
  • Strong track record in commercial and marketing & execution in-country; voice of customer from any Field sales experience is a plus.
  • Marketing experience – Proven track record in managing / launching a brand in market; leadership of Commercial initiatives through matrix management will also be considered.
  • Experience with executing and implementing campaigns through different channels including digital, offline and face to face. Experience with management of agencies.
  • Understand differences in country / regional environments (health care system, political situations etc).

  • Well-developed influencing and negotiating skills.

  • Capacity to build strong relationships across different countries, cultures and functions.
  • Fluent in English.
