Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP PO/PI & APIs Development and 3 years of experience in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and develop software solutions. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to meet project requirements. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality. - Participate in code reviews to provide feedback and improve code quality. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance skills. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues. - Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience with Java programming language and object-oriented design. - Knowledge of integration technologies and protocols such as SOAP, REST, and XML. - Familiarity with SAP systems and modules. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of database concepts and SQL queries. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
