Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design and development of applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes. - Configure applications based on business requirements. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Manage and mentor junior team members. - Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Conduct system testing and ensure quality assurance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team. - Ensure timely delivery of projects. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes. - Document application design, architecture, and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Experience with Java programming language. - Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts. - Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services. - Experience in designing and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other identity and access management tools. - Experience with cloud-based identity and access management solutions. - Familiarity with security frameworks and standards. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. - Understanding of web technologies and protocols. - Solid grasp of database concepts and SQL. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A B tech degree is required.
