Did you know that at P&G we consider Product Supply (PS) as the engine that accelerates value creation? Getting thousands of different products onto the shelves in our customer's stores in the right quantities with detailed quality in a very good time manner really does present a meaningful work every single day.
You'll be forecasting customer demand, owning and implementing production and planning. You might be working with the information flow for the entire supply chain and hold responsibility for the physical flow process from suppliers through production plants and distribution centers to the customer's shelf. All these missions require a strong multi-functional work, which means that you'll work with other functions both internally and externally to make sure that we have the right product at the right place with the right cost.
Summary of Job Responsibilities
During your internship experience, you will:
- Accountable for planning and prioritizing, preparing budgets, supervising progress, and keeping customers informed throughout the project lifecycle. All of this takes place within the framework of achieving a company's goals and achieving their vision.
- Develop a detailed project plan to supervise and track progress
- Lead changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
- Report and raise to management as needed.
- Be a great partner with the client and relevant customers.
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
- Establish and maintain good partnership with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Use and continually develop different and varied type of skills.
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
- Develop work processes and standards and implement Projects meeting P&G guidelines.

Education:
- Eligible for an internship (enrolled in the university or possibility to obtain a university agreement with strong academic results).
- University/Bachelor graduate.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Available for a minimum of 6 months.
