• Improving IHA process through capability enhancement (PpK>1.33).
• Maximizing yield (>90%), boosting productivity.
• Implementing systemic improvements for operational efficiency.
• Deliverables method: Data collection, report, presentation.
• Fundamental knowledge on equipment and manufacturing, i.e.. process setting, input & output variables to produce goods in industry.
• Statistical data analysis.
• Communication, critical thinking & problem-solving skills.
