About the role

We want to hear from you today if you can:

  • Deliver world-class A/V technology product oversight and support for Corebridge Financial conference rooms.
  • Responsible for the engineering function and establishment of the workspace services end user experience in conference rooms.
  • Govern and provide management oversight of the service vendor(s) for A/V operations support.
  • Set up and oversee a lab for A/V equipment, which will test new equipment, review products, and write documentation.
  • Work with IT PMs and Real Estate for establishing proper A/V recommendations and suggestions based off the conference room requirements.
  • Develop/Inspect/Signoff on end user instruction guides and KBAs.
  • Work with business leaders/management/executives to understand A/V needs and requirements for conference equipment and standards.
  • Partner with M365 Collaboration team for back-end web meeting platform services.
  • Establish software update testing and deployment program for A/V endpoints.

What we are looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in technical service delivery.
  • Multi-discipline Technological Expertise (A/V, Desktop, & Multimedia).
  • Proven experience developing & maintaining best in class repeatable procedures; positive track record aligning resources and driving the outcome to meet expected targets.  
  • Superior problem-solving approach. Leverages. Technical expertise and creativity to develop innovative solutions and thinks beyond the current issue to prevent future occurrences.
  • Reliable and responsible. Consistently goes the extra mile to ensure all aspects are accounted for.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills; superior ability to succinctly convey technical notions.
  • Proactively identifies communities, gaps, and mitigates risk in the absence of guidance and supervision with outstanding skill and judgement.
  • Flexible and adaptable – rapidly learns and develops new processes and concepts.
  • Strong business acumen and solid understanding of corporate structure, operations, and network service roles and processes in supporting executive clients as well as overall functional areas.
  • Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate a large, complex technology organization.

Technical

  • Project Management; Executive level presentations; Document repeatable processes.
  • Windows 10 and 11 IoT.
  • A/V Conference Endpoints: Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Crestron Air Media.
  • Mobile - Apple iPhone/iPad/IOS, BYOD.
  • Microsoft 365 Suite (One Drive, One Note, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Microsoft Teams (Apps, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Phones & Voice Service).
  • Network skills, firewall rules, and imaging standards.
