Summary: As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite using Selenium, creating automation strategy, automated scripts and supporting data and environment configuration. You will also participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of automation strategy and automated scripts using Selenium for continuous testing of security, API, and regression suite. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ecosystem integration and accelerate delivery of full stack solutions. - Participate in code reviews and monitor defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. - Support data and environment configuration to ensure quality across the application lifecycle. - Create and maintain test cases and test plans to ensure comprehensive testing of all features and functionalities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with automation tools like Appium, TestNG, and JMeter. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes. - Experience with test case and test plan creation and maintenance. - Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools like JIRA. - Solid grasp of data and environment configuration for testing purposes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Selenium. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
