Are you looking for a Human Resources management role that leverages your business partnering expertise and allows you to shape cultural change? If so, this General Multi-Disciplinary HR Manager role could be an ideal opportunity to explore.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support the business units in meeting their business objectives and business initiatives.
• Partner with the recruiting team and key stakeholders. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Ensure appropriate metrics to measure return on investment of the programs and recommend areas for improvement.
• Assist with developing publicity, communications and events to promote I&D programs across GSK.
• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management and develop strategic partnerships to enhance pipeline of talent to GSK early talent programs, providing support to other early talent programs as needed.
