What We'll Bring:
Work with Regional Solutions, GT and Delivery teams in the Regions to understand complex business problems, analyse requirements and support the implementation of solutions, tools and process efficiencies. Support new product delivery through the relevant regional PDLC processes, representing Delivery Operations needs.
What You'll Bring:
- Work as part of our International Delivery Support team to drive the implementation of standardized and optimal solutions to common challenges, helping our Regional Delivery teams to deliver our products and data to our customers in a scalable and efficient way.
- Work directly with our solutions, market verticals, product and Global Technology teams to understand our product matrix and landscape.
- Interact with Global Delivery peers to understand voice of the customer and voice of the user; provide feedback to our internal partners to ensure alignment.
- You will work closely with other business partners in the matrix to consult on operational readiness for new products and complex solutions.
- You will contribute to the establishment of internal business metrics to be able to support recommendations internally and to our partners.
- Work with your leader to establish goals, team plan and ways of working for supporting our International Regions, including defining stakeholders, establishment of meeting cadence, and prioritization of projects.
- You will contribute to the delivery of multiple global projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand overall priorities, and deliver against your roles expectations through clear and frequent communication (verbal and written).
- Support the monthly analysis and reporting of product and operational metrics
- Contribute to a culture of operational excellence through engaging as a team player across Delivery Operations and sharing insights with your team and peers.

What You'll Bring
- Proven ability to solution complex ideas directly with product development and technology teams.
- Experience in supporting functions for existing and new client deliveries end to end – from initial scoping and quoting through implementation and post-production support.
- Strong business analysis aptitude together with an ability to understand technical and analytical concepts and articulate their value in layman’s terms.
- Ability to assess and understand local Regional architectural landscape across a number of product platforms and the ability to expand that understanding across more Regions to support identification of common challenges and common solutions.
- Willingness to work across several regions within the TU family.
- Ability to foster enterprise relationships directly and successfully navigate a matrix organization.

- An understanding of the credit risk life cycle, its products and regulatory constraints.

- Professional, positive, and outgoing demeanor.
- 6+ years of professional experience; Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field, project management or business analysis.
- Expert knowledge of software development lifecycle principles and quality assurance.
- Ability to tell a story or present a problem with facts, data, and provide solutions options.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
