Your role:

  • Support Customer, Sales & Service Platforms
  • User lifecycle management (onboarding / offboarding)
  • Unblock user accounts
  • User import
  • Error analysis
  • Master Data Management
  • Dealer service

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed IT training or at least two years of professional experience in the IT environment
  • You have knowledge of IT system administration
  • You are characterized by your communication skills and customer orientation
  • Very good language skills in German and English round off your profile, further foreign language skills are an advantage
