Overall objectives to be achieved: The mission of the Nissan Energy team is to develop a fully energy ecosystem around the Electric Vehicle which includes from energy storage systems to vehicle-to-grid services and how we integrate these technologies in our customer’s day-to-day transforming not only the way they drive but also the way they live.
As part of Nissan Energy team, you will serve as a strategic contributor for projects related to V2X technology. Understanding the energy market (Smart charging, V2X, solar and storage), the customer and the value of the products/services, you will take ownership of the ideation, evaluation and development with internal and external stakeholders of emerging forms of energy services business.

Effective Communicator: Advanced interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills necessary. The ability to effectively communicate strategy, status, progress, issues, and changes to diverse audiences.
Customer Advocate: Candidate should have a customer focus and a clear understanding that customer (both internal and external) needs are the essential driver of a successful project
Change Agent: Candidate should have demonstrated performance as a leader of change, regardless of position or function; be willing to challenge the status quo; be able to handle resistance to change and engender support for change in others
Project Management: Candidate should have managed multiple projects, demonstrating increasing responsibility commensurate with sound project management and organizational skills
