Opportunity:
Saint Luke's Hospital in Kansas City is seeking a full time day anesthesia technician to work in the Cardiovascular Operating Room. The Anesthesia technician provides routine equipment maintenance, minor repairs, assists operating room nursing staff with equipment problems, operating room turn overs, maintains ancillary supplies for equipment, monitors autoclave parameters, maintains records, schedules all repairs and maintenance with vendors, stocks center core with supplies and instruments, builds case carts, transports case carts to decontam and returns sterilized instruments in carts to center core, stocks anesthesia supplies, turn over anesthesia areas, disinfect TEE probes and bronchoscopes, pull beds from CVICU and CVPACU for the operating rooms. This position assists the anesthesia team in preparing and maintaining the anesthesia equipment. This role also assists anesthesia in the operating room.
Shift Details:
Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pm
