Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your expertise in technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your role will involve managing and leading a team of software developers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders, make key decisions, and provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Your creativity and technical skills will contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead and manage a team of software developers. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements. - Make key decisions regarding project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. - Ensure the successful delivery of software development projects. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes. - Experience in end-to-end software development lifecycle. - Knowledge of technologies and applications relevant to software development. - Experience in managing and leading software development teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
